Garden State Chicken Sandwich

I've been working on my cookbook a little more and I need your input. Which one of the following 3 pictures is the best? Which one should I use?

I've always said I don't really like sandwiches but it wasn't until I had a Chicken Sandwich from Garden State that I realized how much I had been missing out on. I never really appreciated any sandwiches until I had this one. Now I can't get enough of it. I would eat it every week if I had my way. It is so incredibly good! So in honor of Garden State (a Portland food cart), which is sadly now closed, I am adding the Garden State Chicken Sandwich to my cookbook.
Garden State Chicken Sandwich
Bread (preferably Baguette)
Chicken breast(s)
Chèvre
Meyer Lemon, sliced and peeled
Asparagus
Olive Oil or Butter
Salt & Pepper

1. Heat butter/olive oil over medium high heat in a skillet. Sear chicken breast(s). Season with salt & pepper.
2. Lightly brush melted butter/olive oil over asparagus, season with salt & pepper. Broil until slightly crispy.
3. Layer chèvre, chicken breast, lemon slices, and asparagus on toasted bread.
4. ENJOY!

(if your in Portland Oregon, we strongly suggest that you pick up a baguette at Little T American Baker or Ken's Artisan Bakery)

I don't know. I can't decide. Maybe you should make me this fabulous sandwich so you can take some more pictures.
